Clinical Patient Management System
(CPMS 2.0.)
CPMS is a secure web-based software which aims at supporting ERNs in improving the diagnosis and treatment of rare and complex diseases across national borders of Member States in Europe. CPMS enables clinicians to enroll patients and discuss the conditions in a case-specific manner.
In ERN TransplantChild, we continuously aim to encourage our clinicians to adopt this system in their daily clinical work and to positively benefit from the cross-border sharing of expertise. Healthcare professionals can use the CPMS to collaborate actively by virtual consultations within and across ERNs.
The old version of CPMS is set to “read mode”. This means that users are allowed to review the information, but not make any modification.
We will temporarily maintain the link to the old system for a while for those who want to consult the recent panels.
The migration to CPMS 2.0 has finally been completed, and the new system is ready for use.
We will schedule a webinar and prepare a user guide to help users with the new system specifically for TransplantChild
In the meantime, the European Commission has prepared some useful documents, including the ICFs in different languages and a userguide.
